Membership Fees & Renewals

Membership fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Once you purchase a membership, it remains active until the end of the paid period.

Your membership will renew automatically every year using your saved payment method.

If you wish to stop, you can cancel at any time via your My Account page or by sending us an email request. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the already paid term, but no further payments will be taken.
By joining, you acknowledge and accept that while we strive to maintain and grow a strong list of discount partners, final responsibility for honoring discounts lies with the businesses themselves, not with us.
